Honor unveils new generation MagicBook and MagicBook Pro: Good Configuration, Nice design.

As part of this week’s IFA 2020 online event, Honor (Huawei’s sub-brand) has officially introduced a series of flagship notebook models under the MagicBook lineup, including the MagicBook 14 and 15. Version 2020 and especially the new generation MagicBook Pro model. All three products will use AMD’s Ryzen 5 4000 series of processors, which will make the right choice for those looking for a new experience instead of market-dominated Intel laptops. Traditional.

The MagicBook Pro uses the Ryzen 5 4600h, a relatively powerful CPU model with 6 cores, 12 threads and integrated Redon graphics card. Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 is equipped with 16GB dual channel RAM and 512GB SSD memory, which promises to meet most common users’ storage and multitasking needs.

The 16.1-inch full HD (1920x1080) screen responsible for the display is a 90% screen-to-body ratio, thanks to the manufacturer’s very good screen bezel optimization. The panel also promises 100% SRGB coverage.

MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15 are worth considering for low-demand people. Both the laptops run on The Ryzen 5 4500U chip, which is a much larger upgrade than the Ryzen 5 3500U and has 16GB of RAM, 512GB SSD memory. Of course, there will be many versions of configurations that suit different values to select users.

Apart from the differences in display size, the MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15 are almost identical in both hardware configuration and appearance. They both use the same monitor with the same resolution: Full HD (1920x1080). It supports 1 USB Type-C port for charging, 1 USB 3.2 Zen1 Type-A, 1 USB 2.0 Type-A, HDMI and 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack for charging. The biggest difference is battery capacity. Although the chassis size of the MagicBook 14 is small, it has a larger battery, whereas the MagicBook 15 has 56Wh compared to 42Wh.

The MagicBook Pro with the Ryzen 5 4600H will go on sale in Europe from September 7, with an initial price of € 899.90 (approx. INR 77, 900). Similarly, Europe will be the first open market for MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15, priced Are € 749.90 for MagicBook 14 and € 699.90 (equivalent to INR 69160) For Magic Book 15.
